What's the difference between a Basic Sting and a Custom animation?
The Basic Sting is our ready-made template, about 4.5 seconds, built from your real logo file: clean, quick and consistent. A Custom animation runs about 5 to 8 seconds, and every part of your logo is choreographed to fit your brand. You approve a concept board before anything moves.
What logo file do I need to send?
AI, SVG, EPS or PDF animate cleanest. If you only have a JPG, PNG or a photo of your sign, we redraw it as a clean vector first: $150 for a simple mark, $300 for a detailed badge or seal, quoted before we start.
How long does it take?
Basic Sting files arrive in 3 business days. For Custom work, you get the concept board in 3 business days and final files 10 business days after you approve it (15 for the Custom Motion System). Rush delivery is +25%, agreed in writing.
What files do I get?
Every package includes wide 16:9 and vertical 9:16, with sound (the template's own on the Basic Sting, custom sound on Custom) and transparent files to drop over any footage. Custom Animation adds square, a 2.5-second bumper and an end card. Extra formats are $150 each.
How many revisions are included?
2 revision rounds per piece on Custom work, 1 on the Basic Sting. Extra rounds are $100 per piece.
Can it be in Spanish?
Yes. Any text on screen can be in English, Spanish or both, at the same price.
