Information you send us
Project inquiry form. When you use the form on the Contact page we receive what you type: your name and email, and optionally your phone number, business or organization, the service you're interested in, project details, and budget or timeline. We use it only to respond to your inquiry and prepare a proposal. The form is processed by our website host's form service (Netlify Forms), which stores submissions and delivers them to us.
Discovery-call booking. The booking calendar on the Contact page is provided by Calendly. Information you enter there is handled by Calendly under Calendly's privacy policy and shared with us to schedule the call.
Email, phone and Instagram. If you contact us directly, we use your message to reply.
Way More Updates (email newsletter)
You can choose to subscribe to Way More Updates, our marketing email about new work, services, team capabilities and ideas, sent about once a month. Subscribing is always voluntary and separate from contacting us: sending a project inquiry or booking a call does not add you to the list.
The signup form collects your email address and, only if you provide them, your first name and the topic you're most interested in. It also records the page you signed up from. Subscriptions are processed and stored by MailerLite, our email service provider, under MailerLite's privacy policy. After you sign up, MailerLite sends a confirmation email; you are subscribed only once you confirm. Like most email services, MailerLite may record whether an email was opened and which links were clicked, which helps us send fewer, more useful emails.
Unsubscribing. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately — you never need to contact us to stop the emails. We do not send marketing text messages, and a phone number given in a project inquiry is used only to respond to that inquiry.
Information collected automatically
This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels, retargeting, chat tools or a CRM integration. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to run and secure the site.
Cookies. The site itself sets no cookies. The Calendly booking widget embedded on the Contact page, and the Calendly site if you open it, may set their own cookies. The newsletter form loads no outside scripts; it sends what you type directly to MailerLite when you press Subscribe. The Inter typeface is loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests the font files.
Sharing
We don't sell or rent your information. It is shared only with the services named above that are needed to receive your message or schedule a call, and where required by law.
Retention
We keep inquiries and booking details as long as needed to respond to you and, if we work together, for our business records. Ask us at any time to delete an inquiry that did not lead to a project.
Your choices
You can contact us by email or phone instead of using the form or the booking calendar. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe with the link in any email. You can also ask what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it — including removal from the newsletter records — by emailing gabriel@imaginewaymore.com.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and organizations and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we add services that change how information is handled, we will update this page. Effective September 21, 2026.
